Leading the way

Pn.Ooi is certainly one of the coolest teacher's in SMKBB and not to mention one of the nicest.

This year, she's out to make the library a hell more amazing than it already is! With her determination, she's observing the librarians and learning how they go about their duties. She's one of the most hardworking teachers.

With her researching skills and convincing tones she managed to help choose an amazing place for camp for this years librarians and making it a memorable camp. She also gives a hand to the ketua harians by staying back for duty and supervising the library.

She's certainly great and all the librarians love her.

Watch out for the library this year, and admire the changes she's bringing.

As you can guess from the meeting on Monday. The librarians are a close commity, it's easy to see the frienship bond they share and the fact that they all know each other and joke around. Just be warned, we may be a fun loving awesome group of people but we are all dedicated to our duties.

Do not think that since you've made it this far you can't be pecat? you still can.

Work hard, and prove to us that you are a dedicated, hardworking librarian and show us WHY YOU SHOULD BE A LIBRARIAN!

To all Probates

Hope you all won't mind the long text,

But congratulations to all of you who managed to pass into probation, give yourself a clap on the back and be prepared for an amazing journey with the school library.

Be confident and hard-working and do what is right.

Follow the rules in the library and remember to be an example to the students.

You have been chosen as the library finds you good candidates to become a librarian. It's certainly an amazing journey filled with friendship, happiness, excitement and fun! Not to mention joining in many activities and showing the world you are truly amazing.

When I first joined the library, it was amazing how nice and friendly the other librarians were. Though some librarians may seem scary, they are nice when not on their duties. Joining the library has made me more confident. It was nice seeing the friendly faces of the librarians and it was easy talking to some.

If you are up for the challenge  you can join Loveena doing her speeches in the morning assembly or you can try to improve the library and use your creative idea's to help make the library more fun.

We all have our story to tell and being in the library you learn many things as well as having fun. Don't forget the bonding you will share with your mentors, (excited to see who's going to be your mentor?)

May you all have fun and enjoy your time in the library.

Vampire Academy : The Book Review

   The twilight saga has clearly left a distaste towards many souls for stories with romantically inclined vampires, even if they happen to drink animal blood.

Vampire Academy, despite the lame title, has surprised this anti-vampire reader and is honestly really well written. It starts off in a strange fashion but despite the odd starting as slowly as you read, you will slowly come to love all of the characters.

The first book is quite chilling and though it may be with Vampire's its quite exciting and unlike twilight, the vampires in this story is certainly one the grown up's can recall.

I certainly recommend the book, just read past the first three chapters and your hooked, soak your fangs in this story. Twilight fan's despite my mean bashing, you really have to read this book to understand the creatures of the dark and not keep dreaming of being married to those horrid creatures.

Vampire academy is available in SMKBB school library, on the new book shelf, beside's Vampire academy the library has the other four books of the six book series.
